COLLEGE PROFESSOR
Once my economics teacher started marching up and down in front of the lecture hall, talking about Chapter 7 bankruptcy being liquidation bankruptcy that cancels your debts but also lets the court sell off some of your property to pay those same debts. I yawned. He’s repeated this same lecture twice over the past week and the chalkboard behind him was scribbled up with notes that basically mentioned the same thing. Also, the last 3 chapters in the textbook all went over the same material and I read all that 2 weeks ago. I realize that you have to hammer down some points so that your students really understand them, but this is getting ridiculous. At most, the test is only going to have 2 questions about this topic and maybe I might be able to mention it while answering the essay question. And the final will probably only have 1 question about Chapter 7 and then go on, trying to pull a question from all the rest of the chapters of the textbook and the rest of the material we went over all semester. Still, I have it all down and feel like taking a nap and I would if the professor didn’t always seem to be looking right at me.
