NASTY LETTER

I was pretty sure that bankruptcy was my only option when it came to getting my life back in order.  I probably wouldn’t be able to calculate the grand total of my debt with the help of a mathematician and a calculator.  There were credit cards, medical bills, student and personal loans – you name it I owed it.  So I was going to file for bankruptcy, but I had absolutely no idea how I was going to pay for it.  Thankfully I was able to find an Atlanta bankruptcy law firm that was willing to work with me on the payments, because filing a claim isn’t cheap, in fact it can cost a few thousand dollars.  I don’t know where these firms expect people, who are in such financial distress that they need to file bankruptcy, to come up with anywhere from two to four thousand dollars or more.  If I had four grand lying around I just might use it to pay off some of these bill collectors that won’t stop calling or sending me nasty letters.  Most people can’t pay for a claim on a credit card, because most people filing bankruptcies are asking to have their credit debt discharged.  There should really more firms that offer financing for people that don’t have relatives that they can borrow money from to get the claim rolling.
